They talk passionately the next morning about how great it was and feel it was the prefect way to have a special evening with friends, or family.

Martin Frickel has been the chef in some truly special places in the Lake District and now offers you a fine dining restaurant experience in the comfort of your holiday accommodation. Martin himself says his passions are that he is food obsessed and enjoys eating out. He gets his enthusiasm from seeing guests enjoying the unique high end experience he offers and he loves championing the best local produce.
Martin and his team can prepare, cook and serve the food whilst explaining all the dishes and stories behind them. His services include evening dining experiences that can be fine dining, or even fire fuelled feasts. You can choose anything from a 3, 4, 6, or 8 course menu for up to 12 guests.
